New Patient Special

- Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.

- Health fund rebate only promotion is subject to payment by the health fund and health fund terms and conditions including annual limits and eligibility. The patient will be responsible for payment of $175 or $295 if payment is not made by the health fund. Check with your health fund prior to your appointment.
*We have no control nor are we liable for the amount the health fund pays and some health funds will offer greater rebates than others, for Item numbers: 011, 114,121, 221, 072,073, and if we require x-rays 022×4 and 037; for any queries regarding the amount your healthfund will pay, please contact your Health Fund.
Cosmetic Consultation

- To redeem the promotion, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment.
- Consultation is up to 30 minutes, non-obligatory, no charge and is based on a pure examination.
- If x-rays are required it will be at an additional cost. You will be advised if x-rays are required and give the option to continue, with a cost, or end the consultation.
- All costs and time frames quoted during the consultation are an approximate.
- Additional treatment may be required, time frames may vary depending on the unique and specific circumstances of each patient.

Teeth Whitening Special

- To give the best result, a professional clean and polish and preventive fluoride treatment may be required prior to teeth whitening at an additional cost to the patient.

Student or Pensioners Discount
Terms and Conditions
- Students must present current student card at their appointment to qualify for the 5% discount.
- Pensioners must present current aged pension card at their appointment to qualify for the 10% discount.

- To redeem the discount, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment.

Referral Promotion
Terms and Conditions
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
- The new patient must mention the name of the referring patient when attending the appointment and pay for the services in full.
- The 10% discount for the referring patient is only valid for procedures that are not already discounted.
- The 10% discount will be applied to the account of the referring patient after the new patient attends the first appointment and pays in full.
- The 10% discount can only be used once.
- Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate.
